1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "win303" or "Platform" refers to the win303.click website and all services offered through it.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account at win303 and uses any of the services offered.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member at win303 to access all platform services.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a member into their win303 account for the purpose of betting and gameplay.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a member's win303 account to their bank account or digital wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or free spins granted by win303 to members as part of a promotion.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn as cash.
• "RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency of Malaysia and the sole currency used in all win303 transactions.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use win303's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Win303 reserves the right to verify member eligibility at any time. If win303 determines that a member does not meet the eligibility requirements or has provided false information, the account may be suspended or terminated immediately and any pending winnings may be forfeited.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

Win303 only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Win303 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond win303's control. Members can set daily deposit limits within their account settings as part of our responsible gaming program.

4Withdrawal of Winnings

Win303 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following withdrawal conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Your first withdrawal may require an additional identity verification process, which can take up to 24 hours.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 3 to 15 minutes via DuitNow once the request has been approved.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may require manual processing and additional time of up to 24 hours.
• Win303 reserves the right to request additional identity verification for large withdrawals for security and compliance purposes.

If win303 suspects any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of terms in connection with an account, win303 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing while an investigation is conducted. Win303 will notify the relevant member in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Win303 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• The 100% welcome bonus of up to RM500 is available to new members on their first deposit only and does not apply to subsequent deposits.
• All bonuses carry a rollover requirement (repeat wagering) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted. The standard rollover requirement ranges from 5x to 20x the bonus value, depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first meeting the applicable rollover requirements.

6Sports Betting Rules

The win303 Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League), badminton (BWF, Thomas Cup), tennis (Grand Slams, ATP), basketball (NBA), Formula 1, and more than 30 other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• All odds displayed on win303 are in decimal format. Odds are accurate at the time of display and are subject to change in line with market movements.
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except in specific circumstances such as a match cancellation.
• If a match is cancelled or not completed within 24 hours of its original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.

• Abusing the bonus system in ways not intended by win303, including hedge betting across accounts.

• Suspected money laundering or any illegal activity involving a win303 account.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. • Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the win303 platform.

Win303 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or operate without interruption. win303 will make every reasonable effort to maintain service continuity and will provide sufficient notice of any planned maintenance.
